Due to the upcoming sale of the Green Park House halls of residence, the University is no longer able to guarantee accommodation for single-semester students. Whilst there may be a very limited number of university-owned rooms available, these would be on a contract that covers both semesters, therefore the majority of students will seek accommodation in the private sector.
Bath is a compact, safe and student-friendly city, and we (Go Global and Accommodation teams) will still be able to offer assistance with finding suitable accommodation for your outbound exchange students during their stay in Bath.
The University has a list of registered landlords who advertise housing on StudentPad, and also a list of other housing providers and resources. Students will need to email the Accommodation Team on accommodation@bathspa.ac.uk to request log-in details to access StudentPad and further housing providers.
If students did want to apply for accommodation, they can do so via the waiting list from the 1st July, and there will be more information about this on the link below from this date. Please note, this would be under the same conditions as above.
