Lean management, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) can give a powerful impetus to this innovation by supporting the business strategy with an adequate strategy for improving processes and digital applications.

The actions for process improvement and automation management must use the four possible types of instruments:

  • Organizational Tools: From a hyerchical /pyramidal structure to a team supported by modern tools;
  • Technological tools: The cloud computing, virtualization, Big Data and Data Analytics 3.0, social networks and mobility can provide an excellent support.
  • Tools for improving processes based on methodologies such as Lean, Agile, ValIT and Risk Management;
  • HR tools such as pushing on e-Leadership. The Italian situation has a wide room for improvement for a new crosscutting role of e-Leadership.

Course Objectives

Introduction to the new opportunities and challenges in the use of Lean and Digitize in the organizations for the improvement of competitiveness in the Italian or foreign markets.
Each module includes a team work and a final presentation on real business case histories on which the lecturer has worked.

Identification of the main factors that can influence the development and diffusion of digital innovation in the different sectors. Final Test

At the end of the cycle of seminar you will be asked to prove your knowledge with a written or an oral test and you will be evaluated as “idoneo” or “non idoneo” (pass or not passed) and not with an “out of 30” mark.
