Statistics pre-course 2023/2024 a.y.
The Statistics pre-course for all first-year students starts on 04 September 2023 and lasts two weeks.
The preparatory course aims to review the fundamental concepts of descriptive and inferential statistics and provide students with the necessary tools to complete an MSc Economics degree. Attendance is highly recommended for those students who do not have a strong background in statistics, but it can also be a good opportunity to review basic concepts and, for students with a solid statistical foundation, to further strengthen their knowledge on several key issues.
Lectures will be held in person in classroom S9 (Building A). Students who cannot attend the course in person can follow the lectures in live streaming on Teams.
