Andrea Presbitero

(PhD Università Politecnica delle Marche, MA University of Sussex) is an Economist at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Assistant Professor (on leave) at the Università Politecnica delle Marche (Italy). He has served as a consultant for the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, UNCTAD, and the IMF on debt sustainability and growth issues. He has published extensively in leading international journals including the Journal of International Economics, Journal of Development Economics, Review of Finance, and the Journal of Money, Credit and Banking on macroeconomics, development economics, and empirical banking.
