Molly Tambor is Associate Professor of History at Long Island University, C.W. Post campus. She holds a PhD in Modern European History from Columbia University in New York. She is the author of The Lost Wave: Women and Democracy in Postwar Italy (Oxford UP, 2014) and the translator of Gian Giacomo Migone's The United States and Fascism in Italy. The Rise of American Finance in Europe (Gli Stati Uniti e il fascismo. Alle origini dell’egemonia americana in Italia) (Cambridge UP, 2015). She is currently researching the Polizia femminile in Italy for a project on the history of female police officers tentatively entitled Policing Women.
