Elisabetta OSMELLI

I’m from Rome and I’m 27. I got a Master’s degree in International Relations - Peace, Democratization and Transformation of Conflict Studies. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science - Expert Consultant for Peace Processes, Cooperation and Development. With MESCI I expect to examine the central issues facing developing countries in today’s globalising world and to learn practical skills that will able me to work in development. I would like to have the opportunity to study participatory approaches to development that are designed to mobilize people to actively take part in their own development, as well as to understand NGOs’ role in promoting social and economic progress. Moreover I can say that I would like to continue my studies in order to gain knowledge and experiences by academic research and I believe a Master’s degree Programme in Development Economics and International Co-operation would offer me the possibility to receive the complete picture of all aspects of this field.
