Martina LEONE

My name is Martina, I come from Napoli and I’m 25 years old. Last year I got my Master’s degree in Economics, defending a dissertation on the topic of International Environmental Certification. I’ve been always deeply interested in the field of Sustainable Development in its environmental, social and, especially, economical meaning. This is the reason that led me to focus my Master studies on international and cooperation issues. In spring 2012, I had the great opportunity to live and study for six months abroad, in Germany, where I had the chance to meet people coming from all over the world, to attend interesting courses in Economics completely taught in English and to start learning the German language. After a six months work experience in a consultancy company, now I feel ready to join a Master program that gives me a high level of competence and the right tools in order to find employment in a field in which I have a strong interest. In this way, I hope to contribute, in the future, to a positive change of our world’s economic rules.
