Is an economist in the Emerging Markets and World Trade Division of the Bank of Italy. He holds a Ph.D. in International Economics from the Tor Vergata University, Rome. His main research interests focus on international trade, foreign direct investment, global value chains and firm performance. He has authored also articles about the China's economy, commodity markets and economic forecasting.
