Economist in the International Policy Analysis (IPA) division at the European Central Bank. He obtained a PhD in Economics from Trinity College Dublin in 2010. His research focuses on international macroeconomics and international finance and has been published in academic journals such as the European Economic Review and the Journal of International Money and Finance.
