Professor at the University of Rome Tor Vergata (Department of Economics and Finance) and Coordinator of the Ph.D. in Economics, Law and Institutions at the same University.
She is currently co-editor of the journal Spatial Economic Analysis which is specialized in spatial and network econometrics, regional and housing economics. She has been recipient of several international recognitions, among others the Regional Studies Association Membership Grant 2015, the Marie-Curie Excellence Award 2008 from the European Commission for Research in Social Science.
Her research is inter-disciplinary, crossing areas such as macroeconomics and applied economics.
