Andrea Montanino

C. Boyden Gray Fellow on Global Finance and Growth, and the director of the Global Business and Economics Program at the Atlantic Council, non partisan think tank based in Washington, D.C.
He previously served as Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund representing Italy, Albania, Greece, Malta, Portugal and San Marino in the board.
He also spent six years at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, as economic adviser of Minister Padoa-Schioppa and later as Director General at the Treasury Department. Among other positions in the public service, he worked four years at the European Commission on public finance.
