The Best Western Hotel of Tor Vergata includes an additional facility for long-term rentals: Residence Tor Vergata located on Via Fernando Conti 55, on the upper level of a shopping center not far away from the Best Western Hotel. The Residence Tor Vergata includes 44 apartments for a total of 180 beds. Each apartment is furnished and has one or more private bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (tableware included). There is a laundry room with washing machine and a dryer inside the Residence and a common living room with TV. The ping pong table, reserved parking, a fitness room and an outdoor swimming pool are available for use in Via Vico Viganò 24, where the Best Western Hotel is located. Tenants are provided with bed linens and towels on arrival, and for an extra fee of €5 per week, they can use the linen service provided by the Residence. A € 30 final room cleaning fee will be requested before departure.
Price: € 430 per person per month for the single room apartments; € 345 per person per month for the double room apartments; €250 per person per month for an apartment for three persons.
