Cycle of Company Case Studies: Pharmaceutical Production and Lean Manufacturing

Next April 28th Alessandro Casu, production director at Sanofi, will be the guest speaker for the second appointment with the Cycle of Company Case Studies. The lecture, starting at 9am in classroom P1, will be about "Pharmaceutical Production and Lean Manufacturing". The cycle is part of professor Andrea Appolloni's Procurement Sourcing & Supply Chain Strategies course, and will introduce case studies presented by guest speakers from some of the most influential companies in Italy, including BCG (Boston Consulting Group), Unicredit, McKinsey.
