The Department offers Undergraduate, Master of Science, Specialising Master and PhD programs in the fields of Management and Law, both in Italian and in English.

The research area of interest shared by the Department’s teaching staff is the study of the firm (manufacturing, service, acting as financial intermediary; in private and public sector; for-profit and nonprofit), its legal structures, its operating mechanisms and its positioning in the market and in the local territorial system

In line with the mission and vision of Tor Vergata University for a sustainable development, the Department pursues a "Third Mission" with the aim of promoting the social, cultural and economic growth of the territory.
