For the Italian Johnson & Johnson Medical site (Pratica di Mare – Rome) we are looking for 1 Internship in the Commercial Excellence Department.

Activities

The Intern will be supporting the following activities:

CRM (Salesforce.com) database management and first level of technical support
Support Sales Force using the official reporting tool (Qlik Sense)
Commercial Excellence standard reports (Adoption, Performance, KPI, OnePage)
Monthly generation of the Medical Dashboard (Power BI)
Elaborate on demand report to satisfy business requests (Qlik Sense)
Activities related to advance analytics projects focused on discovery new data science and business analysis solutions and technologies
Management of the Commercial Excellence activities in pipeline, including user training

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics in the domain of Analytics and Computer Science
Able to work in a multi-department and dynamic environment
Very Good skills of ownership and accountability
Very good knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools using (Excel, Qlik Sense, Power BI)
Willingness to Learn
Communication skills
Proficiency in Italian language
Intermediate English level.
