VERY IMPORTANT NEWS FOR 2025-2026:

Due to a change in the Spanish legislation, PASSPORT IS MANDATORY for ALL INCOMING students and MUST BE VALID during their complete MOBILITY PERIOD.

  • Students can provide ID or PASSPORT but they will have to take into account the information that appears in the TEACHING GUIDES (SYLLABUS) https://gestion3.urjc.es/guiasdocentes/ of the subjects that they are going to take at the URJC, since some theoretical subjects might have practical components (For example: some subjects from Engineering, Education etc.) . In this case, if the student does not have a passport, he/she will not be able to take these subjects.

(*) Language requirements:

Students must provide, before being accepted, the level certificate of the language of the mobility, for that, we mean the language in which they are going to study here at URJC.

If the language of the mobility is English, the student will need a B2 certificate provided by a Language Institute (Cambridge, TOEFL, TOEIC ...) or a document from the home university certifying that level of language.

If the language of mobility is Spanish, the student will need a B1 certificate*, or a document from the home university that accredits that level of language.

If the student is going to study in English and Spanish, he/she will have to provide the required certificates for each language.

The mother tongue does not need to be certified.
