The doctoral students need to be accepted by a doctoral programme and the Appendix I needs to be fulfilled.

* The bachelor's degree in Business and Economics (5 years) is taught entirely in English. In addition, all the subjects that we offer in our Faculty, both in Spanish and English, are open to exchange students.

Courses at both centres can be combined, the distance between them is less than 15 minutes by metro.

First semester or Autumn semester:

  • Classes and teaching period: 09/09/2024  – 20/12/2024
  • Christmas holidays: 21/12/2024 – 06/01/2025
  • Exams: 07/01/2025 – 24/01/2025
  • Extraordinary exams: 16/06/2025 - 11/07/2025

Second semester or Spring semester:

  • Classes and teaching period: 27/01/2025  – 16/05/2025
  • Easter holidays: 17/04/2025 – 25/04/2025
  • Exams: 19/05/2025 – 06/06/2025
  • Extraordinary exams: 16/06/2025 - 11/07/2025

 

IMPORTANT: The exam calendar is as published, no exams will be called earlier than due date. Exams at our University are face-to-face.

 

PAY ATTENTION: Medical insurance for international visitors

Medical insurance for international visitors
The University of the Basque Country requests all international visitors on exchange programs to be covered by a Travel Assistance Insurance.
This insurance MUST include the following BASIC COVERAGE:
-Transport and/or repatriation to home country in case of accident or illness of insured person 
-Repatriation of the deceased insured

It is recommended that insurance covers too (or the student takes out an insurance) for Civil liability.
Proof of this insurance will be handed out at the Faculty or School at registration.
