Important information

• Academic Calendar: Before the beginning of the classes, we always organize a Welcome day for all new international students, so we will inform them accordingly.

Students may take subjects from all departments, regardless of their degree at their home university. However, please note that our Business courses are oversubscribed. When allocating places, we will prioritize students in this field of study on a first-come, first-served basis, in the order in which completed applications are received. This approach may also be applied to other departments in the event of capacity constraints, although this is less likely. If this occurs, students will need to adjust their course selection and revise their Learning Agreement accordingly.

In order to minimize this issue as much as possible, we strongly recommend taking no more than 20 ECTS credits per term (4–5 subjects). If students need to take more than that, we encourage them to attend for a minimum of two terms.

• Schedules: Students will need to select their courses without having access to the timetables in advance, as schedules will be published on our website by late July. Please note that students will be responsible for creating their own timetables based on the subjects previously selected. This may result in timetable overlaps, which will be resolved either by the professors or, ultimately, by making changes to the course selection once classes begin.
