T2T - Training to Talent Program Starting June 2015 |

Manageritalia Roma and Federmanager Roma, together with Prospera, are the promoters of the project "Managerial Talents", an incubator of structured initiatives which offer brilliant graduates the chance to enter companies and gain experience, thus facilitating an exchange between generations which should create value and knowledge . Starting from June 2015 "T2T - Training to Talent" will allow 20 new graduates to access a training program on soft skills, useful to enter the business world and to direct professional careers, and a 6-month internship in companies based in Lazio region, operating in the industrial and service sectors. The selected students will receive a free two months training on personal skills (emotional self-management), relational skills (relationship management, listening and persuasion) and cognitive skills (critical management and troubleshooting) in 4 hours modules once a week starting from April 2015. There will be a mid-term learning and a final exam which the graduate will develop their own budget . |
