American Express, global leader in payment services, is looking for a university or master student to support the Marketing team in the Global Consumer Services Group, responsible for growing the American Express consumer business worldwide, strengthening our global leadership position in the premium space, and delivering exceptional, differentiated customer experiences, in the Membership Rewards (MR) team.

What you will need to succeed

  • University or master student, ideally with focus in marketing, communications and business admin or related fields
  • Understanding and interest for web2.0 and proved digital skills
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities
  • Structured, independent and results-oriented
  • Build and leverage relationship
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Good knowledge of Power Point and Excel

He/she will be involved in the following activities:

  • Oversight Membership Rewards Digital Content management
  • Support regular voucher stock sheet reviews
  • Manage redemption reports and support for either accounting and E2E payments process
  • Optimize e-code tracking and stock management
  • Support in Customer complaints management collaborating also with Third Parties
  • Participate in development creative promotion and communication ideas and when/if possible promo set up
  • Support marketing researches on Italy and/or Int’l Loyalty scenario

The intern will have a unique opportunity to build marketing and management skills as well as specific American Express business unit experience from the ground up.
