American Express, global leader in payment services, is looking for a university or master student to support the Marketing team in the Global Consumer Services Group, responsible for growing the American Express consumer business worldwide, strengthening our global leadership position in the premium space, and delivering exceptional, differentiated customer experiences, in the Card Member Marketing team.

What you will need to succeed

  • University or master student of Economics, Marketing or Communication
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and proactivity
  • Good communicational and relational skills
  • Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
  • Good knowledge of Power Point and Excel
  • Knowledge of the main digital communication techniques and development of HTML contents will be considered a plus

He/she will be involved in the following activities:

  • Analysis and reports on communication campaigns
  • Support in the end-to-end development of communication campaigns (from relationships with media agencies to sharing materials with internal and external stakeholders)
  • Develop contents through internal platform
  • Update of websites dedicated to communication campaigns
  • Administration activity (ie. Invoices)

The intern will have a unique opportunity to build marketing and management skills as well as specific American Express business unit experience from the ground up.
