Access
In accordance with the guidelines and in conformity with the orientation of the Faculty, the access is allowed to professors, researchers, students and technical-administrative staff of the University.
With the agreement between our Library, the Library “E.Barone” of Sapienza and the Library of the Legal-Economic-Political area of Roma TRE, students enrolled to the Faculty of Economics at one of these Roman Universities can access each of the above-mentioned libraries, benefiting from the related services, by showing a specific module which can be obtained at the Library of their own Faculty.
Other users which are not included in the previously mentioned categories may still access the Library by requesting a badge with a duration of a day or equal to a fixed period of permanence.
The Library is provided with an electronic system for controlling the accesses, made of turnstiles and magnetic badge readers connected to the PCs, in order to verify the right of entrance of users and to manage the attendees.
The system is suitable to permit the access according the following modalities:
- Opening hours
Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday – Friday from 8:40 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
REDUCED TIMETABLE
● 21st and 22nd of December, 8th and 9th of January, Monday - Friday, 8:40 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
● from the 17th to the 31st of July, Monday - Friday, 8:40 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
● from the 1st to the 4th of August, Monday- Friday, 8:40 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
The evening and Sunday opening schedules of the Libraries of the University is suspended from the 15th of July to the 14th of September 2017.
Reserved no-stop access:
Teachers and researchers of the Faculty can access the Library 24/7, both in weekdays and holidays.
Summer closure:
7th to 31st of August
Winter closure:
27th of December – 5th of January
Staff lunch break:
Lunch breaks are scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., always granting the presence of some units of the staff in the Library.
