The course is structured in eighteen lectures (of two hours) organized as follows:
1- ICT system and architecture for a company
2 - Microsoft word
3 - Microsoft outlook
4 - Microsoft powerpoint
5 - Microsoft forms and microsoft one-drive
6 - Canvas
7 - Microsoft Office basics
8 - Microsoft Office advanced
9 - Microsoft Teams and other conference tools (Zoom, and Webex)
10 - Collaborative tools: Miro
11 - AI and prompting

Regolamento Esame
La prova d'esame d'esame prevede una prova scritta che richiederà l'ultizzo dei software presentati durante il corso per costruire tre output coerenti con le linee guida fornite nel testo della prova. L'intera prova si svolgerà su una piattaforma moodle costruita solo per la gestione delle prove scritte.
La prova si svolgerà in aula computer e senza accesso a canali internet o di comunicazione con l'esterno e avrà la durata di 60 minuti.
L'idoneità verrà conseguita se lo studente dimostrerà di riuscire a seguire le linee guida presentate nella descrizione degli output da realizzare per almeno due dei tre quesiti presentati.
Exam Rules
The exam includes a written test that will require the use of the software presented during the course to construct four assignments consistent with the guidelines provided in the exam text. The entire exam will be administered on a Moodle platform specifically designed for written exams.
The exam will be held in a computer room, without access to the internet or external communication channels, and it will last in 60 minutes.
Students will be awarded a pass if they demonstrate the ability to follow the guidelines presented in the description for at least two of the four questions presented.

Obiettivi Formativi
OBIETTIVI FORMATIVI: L'obiettivo del corso è di formare lo studente sulle competenze informatiche e digitali utilizzando come riferimento la suite Microsoft.
CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE: Il corso si propone di conoscere i principali software utilizzati in azienda e di comprendere le potenzialità dell'intelligenza artificiale.
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE: Gli studenti avranno la possibilità di applicare le competenze maturate grazie all'approccio di learning by doing utilizzato nel corso.
AUTONOMIA DI GIUDIZIO: A seguito del positivo completamento del corso, i partecipanti saranno in grado di scegliere e utilizzare il software migliore per gli obiettivi della loro analisi.
ABILITÀ COMUNICATIVE: Gli studenti acquisiranno terminologia tecnica utile per presentare gli output dei loro lavori sviluppati attraverso il software
CAPACITÀ DI APPRENDIMENTO: Durante le lezioni gli studenti dovranno:
1. Imparare ad utilizzare i principali comandi degli applicativi microsoft
2. Applicare, tramite dei mini-assignment, le competenze maturate con l'utilizzo dei software
3. Valutare in modo critico le potenzialità dell'AI come strumento di supporto per lo svolgimento di alcuni task con i software studiati.
Learning Objectives
LEARNING OUTCOMES: The course aims to train students in IT and digital skills using the Microsoft suite as a reference.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: The course aims to familiarize students with the main software used in companies and to understand the potential of artificial intelligence.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Students will have the opportunity to apply the skills they have acquired thanks to the learning-by-doing approach used in the course.
MAKING JUDGEMENTS: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to select and use the best software for their analysis objectives.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Students will acquire technical terminology useful for presenting the output of their work developed using the software.
LEARNING SKILLS: During the lessons, students will be expected to:
1. Learn to use the main commands of Microsoft applications.
2. Apply, through mini-assignments, the skills they have developed using the software.
3. Critically evaluate the potential of AI as a support tool for completing certain tasks with the software studied.
