SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference model) is the world’s leading supply chain framework, linking business processes, performance metrics, practices and people skills into a unified structure. Implementing the SCOR framework to organisations helps increase the speed of system implementations, support organizational learning goals and improve inventory turns. SCOR framework is a product of APICS, the professional association for supply chain management and provider of research, education and certification programs with headquarters in Chicago. - The SCOR® Model and its objectives; - Understand the SCOR® Model structure and integrate the four techniques (Performance, Processes, Practices and People); - Implement the SCOR® improvement program "racetrack" phases: Set, Configure, Optimize and Ready for Implementation; - Work on your own case study (in groups); - Earn your own MScBA SCOR® qualification developed by the Tor Vergata University. |

He is also member of the APICS SCC project team (former SCC European Leadership Team) and past member of the SCC TDSC (Technical Development Steering Committee). Also Mr. Vacca has often been lecturer on supply chain management related subjects at Rome Tor Vergata University MBA, IUM Monaco MSc in Luxury Mgmt and Bocconi SDA residential Bulgari/LVMH MBA. |
