Ariston Thermo Group Graduates Challenge

Ariston Thermo Group Graduates Challenge is an opportunity offered to students and newly graduates to be involved in a concrete professional experience. A team challenge will involve selected participants in the corporate world, bringing them to demonstrate their technical, innovation and managerial capabilities, to reach a truly exciting objective: being an international manager for one day.

We are looking for 20 young talents to create four teams in competition throughout our business game: two weeks’ time, a challenge to face, a final presentation to ATG’s top manager and the chance to become managers for one day!

With the aim to launch this opportunity and meet potential candidates, Ariston Thermo Group Managers will visit Università di Tor Vergata School of Economics on March 7th and 8th:

• On March 7th at 3pm a meeting with the representatives of company selections will be held in Aula TL in order to offer more information on how to effectively addresses an Assessment center. The session is open to students and recent graduates of all disciplines and to participate please send an email to placement@uniroma2.it indicating        "Ariston" as email subject.
   
• On March 8th at 9am in the Scacchi classroom (building B - School of Economics) a real assessment simulation will be held. This meeting will be open to only 20 students to be selected by the Ariston Thermo Group HR managers among those who applied at this link: http://tinyurl.com/Ariston-Thermo-Grad-Challenge.

Who are we looking for?

Master undergraduates and/or newly master graduates in engineering (mechanical, industrial, energetic, automation, electronic and management), economics, mathematics and statistics, physics are kindly invited to participate. Average exam results should be at least 27/30, minimum final grade 105/110. An international learning or internship experience will be evaluated as asset.

Recruitment process

Your profile will be screened according to above mentioned criteria and – if in line with requirements – we will get in contact with you to engage you in the process to select the 20 participants in the Ariston Thermo Graduates Challenge.
