Business Coaching and 1-to-1 sessions for MSc BA students

Thursday, October 2nd - This morning and yesterday afternoon, in the cozy atmosphere of the "Salottino" library of the Tor Vergata Economy faculty, students from the Master of Science in Business Administration were offered the wonderful opportunity to listen and speak to professionals, Nicola De Benedictis and Pierluigi Palmigiani, in a business coaching lesson and in 1-to-1 sessions.

Pierluigi Palmigiani, Business Coaching Expert for EMBA University of Rome Tor Vergata and CEO of Palmigiani Consulting, explained, in a 2 hour lesson to a group of attentive 2nd year MSc BA students, how Emotive Intelligence is a key to becoming a perfect leader.  Palmigiani then asked the audience to discuss real life problems in order to understand the significance of listening to an interlocutor with Awareness, Responsability and Authenticity, key factors which allow one to solve the root of a problem by questioning its cause.

Mr. De Benedictis, General Manager for Avantjob SRL and Senior Consultant at Ge.M.A.C. Srl, with experience in all aspects of accounting, tax, controlling, financial management and strategic planning, offered his precious knowhow in two (Wednesday and Thursday) 1-to-1 sessions. How to create the ideal CV to find your dream job, and how to prepare a successful job interview were, amongst all, the highlights of these sessions.

The event, the first of many more to come, was organized by prof. Corrado Cerruti and coordinated by dott. Luca De Carolis from BA Program Office of Tor Vergata's Economy faculty, as part of the initiatives dedicated to students' placement.
