Learning Objectives

LEARNING OUTCOMES: At the end of the course, students will be able to understand the new consultancy approaches made possible by new digital technologies and in particular by Artificial Intelligence.

KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: The course aims to provide the tools and knowledge necessary to understand and evaluate the new consultancy approaches made possible by new digital technologies and in particular by Artificial Intelligence.

APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: The course focuses on the understanding and application of new consultancy approaches made possible by new digital technologies and in particular by Artificial Intelligence.

MAKING JUDGEMENTS: Students will know how to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the new consultancy approaches made possible by new digital technologies and in particular by Artificial Intelligence.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Students will know how to clearly present the new consultancy approaches made possible by new digital technologies and in particular by traditional and open Artificial Intelligence.

LEARNING SKILLS: Students will know how to analyze and discuss the critical elements in the new consultancy approaches made possible by new digital technologies and in particular by Artificial Intelligence.

The course is divided into three large sections:
1 - general framework of consultancy activities
2- "agile" approach to the management of consultancy projects
3 - use of Generative AI tools in consultancy projects

Exam Rules

The exam focuses on a group project and a written test consisting of 3 questions distributed over the different parts of the course.

The duration of the test is 45 minutes.

The final grade is:
- fail: when there are important deficiencies and / or inaccuracies in the knowledge and understanding of the topics; limited capacity for analysis and synthesis, frequent generalizations and limited critical and judgment skills, the arguments are presented in an inconsistent way and with inappropriate language,
- pass: when there is sufficient/good/excellent knowledge and understanding of the topics with possible generalizations and imperfections; sufficient/good/excellent capacity for analysis, synthesis and autonomy of judgment.
