Engagement in class activities. A lesson about one of course topics that will be prepared and/presented by everyone on the team. The final exam (written) 

Will be asked to answer questions on program topics
They will also present a case study individually to be sent one week before the exam (at least 8000 - 12000 characters, including spaces) together with the PPT of the presentation. The case will be about one of the topics (preferably agrreed with me) listed above and it will be an analysis of a best practice and/or of an unsuccessful application in the field of Organisational Psychology.  The analysis of the 2 cases is the key part of the essay. Comparison of the two cases will be necessary for a good evaluation of the work. Agreement on the subject with the Professor is requested.
