Exam 18/12

Friday, December 13, 2024

Dear Students,

I hope this message finds you well.

As the final exam on the 18th of December approaches, I would like to share some important logistical details with you:

1. Written Exam (Partial and Full)

• The written exam will take place on 18/12 at 9:00 AM sharp.

• The specific room will be displayed on the entrance monitor.

• Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for name registration and seating arrangements.

2. Oral Exam (Partial Exam Students)

• If you are taking the partial exam, your oral exam will also take place on 18/12, starting at 3:00 PM in a room that will be indicated on the entrance monitor of Building A.

3. Oral Exam (Full Exam Students)

• If you are taking the full exam, your oral exam will take place on 19/12, starting at 9:00 AM sharp.

• On the evening of 18/12, you will receive an email with the grade you achieved in the written exam.

• Please note: if you do not pass the written exam, you will not be eligible to take the oral exam. However, you are still required to attend on 19/12 to review your paper and learn from your mistakes.

If you have any constraints or specific preferences regarding the scheduling of your oral exam, please send me an email as soon as possible so that I can accommodate your needs within the organizational guidelines.

Finally, I would like to remind you that a few special office hour slots are still available on Monday, 16/12. You can book these slots using the following link:

Please refer to the guidelines outlined in my previous email when booking a slot.

Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

These updated sessions are now reflected in the course timetable, and I hope many of you will join during these times!
