Microsoft Excel Advanced Seminar by Andrea Covini
The teaching is aimed at improving the ability of participants to use the spreadsheet program Microsoft Excel in a more advance way.
At the end of the course, the participants, thanks to the practical and interactive lessons, will be able to use the most important tools available in the Microsoft Excel program, such as scenarios, solvers, pivot tables, and new functions. They will also be able to collaborate online, protect the workbook and share it with others. Participants will be also introduced to the programming Excel using macros and basic VBA commands.
The lessons are practical so participants need to bring their own PC in order to follow the exercises that are given during the lesson.
Participants needs to have basic knowledge of a spreadsheet program in order to be able to follow the course.

FINAL TEST AND FREQUENCY
In order to obtain the 3 CFU credits for the extra activities, the students are required to pass a practical exam on a computer, based on 30 questions aimed to verifying the knowledge and abilities stemming from the participation to the course.
Only students attending at least 80% of the scheduled lessons will be allowed to sit for the exam in order to obtain the 3 CFUs valid for the Extra-Activities.
