Professor Corrado Cerruti presents a a cycle of Informal Meetings with Consultants. This first lesson will feature Director of Pwc Advisory Marco Giustacchini who will join professor Cerruti and students of Business Administration for a lesson entitled "Managing a Consulting Team (and Project)". PricewaterhouseCoopers (trading as PwC) is a multinational professional services network. It is the largest professional services firm in the world, and is one of the Big Four auditors, along with Deloitte, EY and KPMG. Vault Accounting 50 has ranked PwC as the most prestigious accounting firm in the world for seven consecutive years, as well as the top firm to work for in North America for three consecutive years. Marco Giustacchini is a Director with more than 10 years of consulting experience, with focus on business performance management and financial information management. His main areas of expertise cover all the aspects of the finance value chain management (including business modelling, planning and forecasting, and process standardisation and optimisation) as well as of the revenue management (such as revenue assurance and maximisation). The lesson will unfold next December 14th at 10am in Biblioteca Vilfredo Pareto (Faculty of Economics - building B). |
