Schezen Nofarber of Estée Lauder Group meets the students

We are pleased to announce that next March 29th Mrs. Orna Schezen Nofarber, CEO of Estee Lauder Group of Companies Italy from 2002 to 2014, will meet the students of University of Rome "Tor Vergata" as part of the cycle "Shaping Your Careers".

Mrs. Schezen Farber worked at Estee Lauder for over 10 years, managing a portfolio of 11 luxury Brands, and working in diversified Retail channels (Perfumery, Pharmacy, Professional Hair, Free Standing Stores Retail and Department Stores). She managed over 350 employees including Italian operations. The Estee Lauder group outperformed the Market gaining share, and is a leader in innovation.

Prior to that, Mrs Farber was also Vice President Regional Director of Estee Lauder Group in Southern Europe (including Turkey, Greece, Israel, and other 4 countries) focusing on growing the business and  pre acquisition integration. Consequently, negotiated acquisitions and founded Estee Lauder Affiliate in Israel and a JV in Greece, while preparing the acquisition of Turkey.

An expert in Social Responsibility and fundraising activities, as actively participating in the Breast Cancer Awareness campaign, founded by Estee Lauder, as well as 3 years as General Manager of the Foundation of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra (Musical Director Maestro Zubin Mehta).
