HOW TO SUBMIT DATA FOR TUITION FEES BASED ON ECONOMIC SITUATION

"ISEEU" FOR ITALIAN STUDENTS

Italian students who intend to pay University fees on the base of their family financial situation must submit the ISEEU through any CAF Office or via the INPS online portal and authorize on the Delphi system the University to acquire from the INPS database the ISEEU value by inserting the Protocollo number (available in your ISEEU document).

For obtaining the ISEEU, italian students must fill in the "Dichiarazione sostitutiva unica" (DSU) that contains information about the family composition, income and assets of each component of the family.

Not submitting the ISEEU will imply for the student the payment based on the maximum amount of their class of taxation (Ordinary, Superior or Maximum).

In case of discrepancy, report the problem by writing to caf@supporto.uniroma2.it

"SCHEDA RACCOLTA DATI" FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

If you are an international student and you intend to pay University fees on the base of your family income and assets, you must submit the necessary documentation for verifying your economic situation once in Italy and must submit the SCHEDA RACCOLTA DATI at any CAF Office in Italy (Italian Tax Service Centres) within December 15th, 2017.

To certify the family economic situation international students have to follow the procedure below:

  • Family Income for the year 2015
  • Familial Status
  • Real estate assets of your family

2. Bring your Family Income Statement to the Italian Embassy in your home Country and let them approve and translate it into Italian with the income expressed in Euros;

3. Once in Italy, obtain the Italian Fiscal Code

Here follows the list of documents to be submitted to the CAF Office once in Italy to obtain the SCHEDA RACCOLTA DATI:

  • Family Income for the year 2015 (issued, legalised and translated in Italian by the Italian Diplomatic Authorities)
  • Familial Status (issued by the Italian Diplomatic Authorities)
  • Copy of passport
  • Copy of Italian Fiscal Code

The Scheda costs € 11.70, which the student will have to pay directly to the CAF Office.

N.B.: in September during the Welcome Weeks for International Students will be at the School of Economics:

  • Agenzia delle Entrate for obtaining the Italian Fiscal Code
  • a CAF Office for submitting the "SCHEDA RACCOLTA DATI"

Not submitting the ISEEU to the University will imply for the student the payment of the maximum rate of the yearly tuition fee of the course (80% of the maximum rate for the students coming from low-income economies or lower-middle-income economies (1*); 100% of the maximum rate for all the other international students).

(1*) Please see here the list of relevant countries (Art.1), according to the Italian Ministry of Education.
