Regolamento Esame
L’esame finale si compone di 30 test a scelta multipla che verranno valutati 1 se corretti e zero altrimenti. Non sono previste penalizzazioni per e risposte errate.
L’idoneità nella prova finale si consegue nel caso di prove che ottengono almeno 18 punti.
Exam Rules
The final exam will be based on 30 multiple choices which will be evaluated 1 if correct and zero otherwise. There will be no penalization for the mistakes.
The pass grade will be assigned to students who achieved at least 18 points.

Obiettivi Formativi
OBIETTIVI FORMATIVI: L'obiettivo del corso è di spiegare le caratteristiche e le dinamiche del mercato dello shipping evidenziando le differenze principali che interessano il mercato globale.
CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE: Il corso si propone di conoscere la terminologia tecnica utilizzata nel settore dello shipping e di comprendere le strategie adottate dagli operatori per competere nel settore
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE: Gli studenti avranno la possibilità di applicare le competenze di base economico-finanziarie ad un settore specifico come quello dello shipping che si caratterizza per una forte esposizione internazionale.
AUTONOMIA DI GIUDIZIO: A seguito del positivo completamento del corso, i partecipanti saranno in grado di leggere comprendere i contratti di nolo nel settore dello shipping e le forme di finanziamento solitamente utilizzate
ABILITÀ COMUNICATIVE: Per raggiungere i suoi obiettivi il corso prevede lezioni frontali e testimonianze da parte di esperti dell'industria.
CAPACITÀ DI APPRENDIMENTO: Durante le lezioni gli studenti dovranno:
1. Leggere i principali dati di mercato relativi alla maritime economics
2. Valutare in modo critico l'andamento del mercato dello shipping
3. identificare le caratteristiche principali dei business model adottati dai principali operatori.

LEARNING OUTCOMES: The course aims to explain the characteristics and dynamics of the shipping market, highlighting the key differences affecting the global market.
KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: The course aims to develop knowledge of the technical terminology used in the shipping industry and to understand the strategies adopted by operators to compete in the sector.
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to read shipping charter agreements and the forms of financing commonly used.
MAKING JUDGEMENTS: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to read shipping charter agreements and the forms of financing commonly used.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS: To achieve its objectives, the course includes lectures and testimonials from industry experts.

Regolamento Esame
La prova d'esame d'esame è basata su un test a scelta multipla che verrà somministrato in aula.
Il test avrà ad oggetto i contenuti del corso e sarà composto da 30 quesiti che verranno valutati 1 se la risposta è corretta e zero se errata. La sufficienza viene ottenuta rispondendo correttamente ad almento 18 test. Saranno ammessi alla prova finale solo gli studenti che avranno frequentato almeno l'80% delle lezioni.
Exam Rules
The final test will be a multiple choice test.
The test will be on all the topics discussed during the course and it will be structured with 30 questions. Each of the answers will be evaluated 1 if correct and 0 if wrong. The pass grade will be achieved with at least 18 correct answers. Students will be admitted to the final test only if they attended at least the 80% of the lectures.
