Book you slot for the May 26th session... and don't forget to try the access to the exam
Dear All,
there are 99 students registered on Delphi, but at least 15 of them haven't booked yet their slot in the GDrive at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1OlL_nvoU1evV7xMlUCW3B3BtlyYgGQPfKFZdP1BbyYQ/edit?gid=0#gid=0
There are still a few slot in the 15:00 and 16:30 in reserve list that I can confirm ... and then the rest (inlcuding those who will not register) will automatically be included in the 13:30 session.
Even more important ... I assume that you all tried the access to the exam test and sort it without any problem (as I've received just one mail highlighting an issue). Don't wait the very last moment as this might affect your exam (first of all, creating you unnecessary stress if you don't know what to do). In case you face any difficulty following all the step in the guidelines I've upload in the course website ... write and we will sort it out!
By the way, check also the two sample tests that are available on line to self-assess your preparation level.
All the best

Book your slot in May26th exam - Classroom S2
Dear All,
as we discussed this morning on May26th the exams will take place in classroom S2.
Given you are expected to be 90+, I've organised three sessions:
- session 1 starting at 13:30
- session 2 starting at 15:00
- session 3 starting at 16:30
You will be able to reserve your seat in your favourite session by filling in your surname & name at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1OlL_nvoU1evV7xMlUCW3B3BtlyYgGQPfKFZdP1BbyYQ/edit?usp=sharing
Let me remind you that in case you will not manage to divide yourself in an orderly manner that satisfies everyone, I'll decide who will come when! ... but I truly hope that this will not be the case.
As you will see in each session there is space for 35 students (and eventually up to 5 students in the reserve list).
You can make any change till Sunday night. After that I'll froze the file and use it to organize the classes accordingly!

Operational guidelines on group assignments
Dear All,
following our discussion this morning, I've upload on the course platform (AT THE END of the section describing the group assignment) the operational guidelines.
Let me report them also here below...
The group assignments have to be:
- uploaded on the exam website (though https://esamionline.uniroma2.it/ ), using the same procedure that you use for taking the test
- uploaded at least one day before the discussion date
- defended online according to the timing reserved either on May 27th or on June 9th or on June 24th (according to the timing you reserved on the GDrive at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Wf44MhcoKD6xiNGX9Rc2xb0sHCr-ihX66suhIDMll0c/edit?gid=823226127#gid=823226127 ). For emergencies only there is a date on July 10th.
- defended with all group members present and connected, considering that I will share the screen with your assignment and will ask to each group participant a brief question on a section of the assignment … meaning to everyone will have to know the whole project

Updated exam guidelines
Dear All,
after our meeting this morning I've updated the exam guidelines (mainly the box to be ticked is "Microsoft 365" as you will see and the date of the first exam is May 26th). The updated file is available both on this platform and on the ScuolaIAD platform (where are the course videos and contents are uploaded).
It is very important that you look carefully at this guidelines and try and take at least one the two sample test so to be sure that from the technical point of view you will be able to access the exam test. It is very important that you come to the test session:
- bringing your ID and your university card
- knowing your username and password to access Delphi.
Contact me before Monday in case you don't manage to arrive to the page where there are the exam samples!

Let's move forward with the group activities in our online meeting tomorrow
Dear All,
tomorrow morning I would like to discuss with you any doubt you have as to the structuring of the group assignments.
You are welcome to already share in GDrive your ideas or you can present them during our online meeting. We can go through it together and revise the different step in case needed. Concentrate for the moment on the business process identification and on a general description of the "As is" situation.
Next week on Wednesday May 7th, we will meet again in person. I encourage you to move forward with your project so that you can ask specific feedback and receive a dedicated support.
For those who are creating the group right now, here is the following link for group participants (and in the second page, you can also list that if you are alone and looking for a group):
