The orientation workshops are designed to encourage the sharing of experiences and reflections on one's university path and to discover useful tools for redefining one's study and life project with experts in the field.

Each workshop lasts six hours and is open to all students enrolled in a course of study at the University. 

The events are organized as follows:

• December 11th, 2024: ‘Study-related’ stress and how to ‘cope’ with it;
• January 22nd, 2025: University path: tools for an informed choice;
• February 26th, 2025: Making mistakes to learn: error management in the crisis and change of university paths;
• March 26th, 2025: Life project and labour market.

The workshops will be held from 10 A.M. to 1 P.M. and from 2 P.M. to 5 P.M.

Interested students may attend more than one workshop. The maximum number of participants for each meeting is 15.
