4th Rome PhD in Economics and Finance Conference
with EIEF, LUISS, and Sapienza

Tor Vergata University of Rome will host the 4th edition of the Rome PhD in Economics and Finance Conference on September 12, 2025 at the School of Economics in via Columbia 2, Building A-Didattica.
The conference is aimed to provide a platform for PhD students enrolled at LUISS University, at Sapienza, at Tor Vergata University, and from the Rome Economics Doctorate (RED) to present their ongoing research in front of other PhD colleagues in Rome.
The conference program will consist of two sets of parallel sessions: the first one for senior PhD students (3rd year or more) in the morning, and the second one for junior PhD students (1st and 2nd year) in the afternoon.
The junior PhD students will get 20 minutes to present whereas the senior PhD students will get 30 minutes to present along with a discussion by a senior researcher.
At the end of the conference, a welcome event for the incoming cohort to the PhD programs has been planned.
