On Friday 16 October at 3.30 pm and Tuesday 20 October at 4.00 pm, Dr Filippo Viola, a colleague from our department, will hold two sessions on Teams to review and clarify the Taxonomy Regulation (EU) 2020/852, the Disclosure Regulation (EU) 2019/208 and the Takeover Directive. Attendance is recommended.
