Thesis on coporate finance will be assigned only to students that will present a detailed research project on one of the topics analysed during the course.

The structure of the research project is the following:

- Title

- Aim of the project

- Preiminary Literature Review

- Methodology proposed for the the analysis

- Expected results and policy implications

- Reference list

The standard lenght of the research project is 4-5 pages.

Once the project is accepted, the supervisor will define a set of deadlines for the submission of each chapter of the thesis. The time necessary to complete the thesis varies from 3 to 6 months on the basis of the complexity of the thesis.
