Tor Vergata Ph.D. Conference in Economics

The Tor Vergata Ph.D. Conference in Economics, organized by Ph.D. students in Economics and Finance at Tor Vergata University of Rome, is a two-day event aimed at facilitating networking among Ph.D. students across diverse institutions. The agenda features a keynote lecture by Mara Squicciarini (Avv Giovanni Agnelli Associate Professor in Economic History at Bocconi University) and a social dinner on the first day, with lunches and coffee breaks provided throughout the conference.

We encourage the submission of complete papers in any field of Economics from Ph.D. students and recent graduates. Fields include, but are not limited to, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Economic Theory, Econometrics, Development Economics, Economic History, Quantitative Political Science, and Behavioural and Experimental Economics.

Important dates

• Submission deadline: 15th September 2025.
• Decision notification: 30th September 2025.
• Spectators' registration: 1st October - 15th November 2025.
Conference: 24th–25th November 2025.
