Hi! I’m Ece, 18 years old, born in Istanbul, Türkiye. My mom is from Thailand, so I was raised in a multicultural environment, which sparked my passion for learning about different cultures and global issues. Two years ago, I joined an AFS exchange program and spent six months in Italy, where I learned to adapt, connect across cultures, and see the world from new perspectives. This experience made me even more interested in how international systems work, which is why I’m deeply motivated to study Global Governance. In my free time, I enjoy reading, meditation, yoga, watching sports, and spending time with friends.
