When I slowly unroll my educational scroll, my knowledge has taken me across diverse lands since childhood. my childhood was splits during early ages between Malta and China, later lived in Spain, finished my high school in Canada, and now I arrive in Italy to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Global Governance. Having immersed myself in vastly different cultures, languages and social systems from an early age, I have learned to embrace diverse perspectives, while maintaining long lasting curiosity to explore the unknown.

This urge to discover the unknown also accompanies me when diving deep into the ocean. I hold a professional PADI certification. Descending into this blue, glittering kingdom, I realized that observing self-sustaining marine ecosystems demands calmness, patience and careful observation. These qualities have also shaped my academic pursuits. I first gained insight into EU governance frameworks during my project in Spain, then sharpened my critical thinking skills in Canada. I have delved deeply into international law, analyzed cross-border trade disputes under the WTO system, conducted independent research, and eventually published a research paper internationally. Hours spent sorting out legal theories and untangling transnational regulations taught me that law is not a rigid set of rules, but a gentle bond bridging civilizational divides and sustaining harmonious global coexistence — this conviction drives my dedication to Global Governance.

I have studied piano from an early age and attained the highest professional level 10 certificate. countless years under classical melodies, it cultivated my ability to focus deeply and evokes empathy with others. Every piece of music comes to life through the harmony of distinct notes coexisting as one, a beautiful metaphor for the core idea of global governance: embracing diversity to reach a common understanding.

For a long time, I have had a deep admiration for Italy. As the birthplace of the Renaissance, this land carries thousands of years of cultural heritage jointly forged by philosophers, artists and legal scholars. Here, rigorous legal reasoning has always been closely related to humanistic care - this is exactly the learning environment I pursue. The interdisciplinary Global Governance courses provided by the University of Tor Vergata in Rome enable me to continue to explore and systematically study transnational business, comparative law and cross-border dispute resolution fields to accumulate solid professional knowledge. In the long run, I plan to devote myself to the field of international law and global public affairs, and use my knowledge to ease the friction caused by globalization.

I look forward to learning with students from all over the world, exchanging stories and insights rooted in our own unique homeland. With a peaceful and sincere heart, I will embark on this long journey to explore the shared global coexistence order on this fertile land of civilization full of vitality.
