Hello everyone! Nice to meet you all. My name is May Thu Htet, and I am from Myanmar. I have always been interested in understanding global affairs, international relations, politics, law, and economics. Growing up in a developing country with political and economic condition has deepened my interest in these areas, which is why I felt Global Governance is the right choice for me to better understand the world around us. I am a curious and open-minded person. Outside of studying, I enjoy painting, reading, playing sports, travelling, and taking part in volunteer activities. I also love meeting people from different backgrounds, learning about their cultures, and hearing perspectives and ideas that are really different from my own. I’m really excited to start these new chapters in Global Governance and happily begin my academic journey at Tor Vergata University. I look forward to meeting my professors and people from all over the world, learning from them, and sharing this new experience together!
