Hello everyone! My name is Mulisa and I'm from Rwanda 🇷🇼. I am passionate about understanding how effective governance that promotes accountability and innovation can improve people’s lives, particularly in Africa, and I am excited to explore this through Global Governance at Tor Vergata. I look forward to learning from people with different cultures, experiences, and perspectives. Outside academics, I enjoy photography, travelling, and discovering new places.
