Spagnolo Giancarlo
Giancarlo Spagnolo (M.Phil. Cambridge; Ph.D., Stockholm School of Economics) is Professor of Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata and at SITE. He is also a Research Fellow of CEPR, MACCI, SITE and EIEF. He is an internationally recognized authority on Competition Policy and Regulation, Anti-Corruption, Public Procurement and related issues. On these and related topics he has published many widely quoted scientific articles in top international academic journals, including Econometrica, the Review of Economic Studies, the Journal of Economic Theory and the RAND Journal of Economics. He has also been advising many national and international institutions including the World Bank, the European Commission, the European Parliament and a number of national competition authorities.
