About the Topic
Professor Brunetti will present an insightful session exploring Climate Risk and Financial Stability, focusing on key areas such as physical and transition climate risks, quantitative financial analysis, climate stress testing, and systemic risk. This session offers a unique preview into the themes of his 6-CFU elective course.
About the Speaker
Prior to joining Tor Vergata, Celso Brunetti served as Assistant Director in the Division of Research and Statistics at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. His research spans financial stability, banking, financial networks, market microstructure, climate risk, and commodity markets, with publications in leading international finance and economics journals. He has previously held academic positions at Johns Hopkins University, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Edinburgh, and Bocconi University.
