EEBL students are expected to know and respect the general rules governing exam preparation, exam scheduling, and evaluation procedures. All information is available here.
Each exam is based on the course syllabus and the materials used in lectures, as indicated by the professor at the beginning of lectures on the course webpage and through official communication channels. The university ensures free access to these materials via the library or online resources.
Professors provide full details on assessment methods at the beginning of the course. Student evaluation reflects the exam material, with outcomes recorded as positive or negative. Students may withdraw from the exam without penalty, either by choice or on the professor’s recommendation.
For each exam session, exam dates are scheduled at least two weeks apart and arranged to avoid overlaps with exams from other courses in the same semester and year of study. Students may sit exams in any session, provided they meet the required prerequisites. The exam calendar is published at least two months in advance, and dates may only be postponed with prior notice. The appointed holder of the course ensures their presence or appoints a substitute if unavailable.
Students are entitled to be informed of their exam results and the evaluation criteria applied. Professors must respect students’ dignity throughout all stages of teaching and assessment.
