General Organisation of EEBL
For academic issues and orientation, students can contact the EEBL Programme Office on the first floor of Building B, in Room 1A.08 or write to firstname.lastname@example.org. However, for most issues, students should go to the Office of Student Affairs (Segreteria Studenti) on the ground floor of Building B in the School of Economics. This office is where students complete registration, finalize annual enrolment, request degree changes within the University, request transfers to/from other universities, suspend studies, register exam marks, complete graduation registration, request certificates, diplomas and other services. The office is open Monday and Friday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and Wednesday from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. EEBL has an Academic Council that meets once every two months and makes decisions regarding the programme’s lecture planning, events, the academic calendar, the hiring of professors lecturing for EEBL, students’ credit recognition and other issues involving the programme.
