On 26 March at 11:00, the Sala del Consiglio (Building B) will host the next appointment of the EEBL Talk series, featuring Prof. Jordi Martí-Henneberg, a distinguished scholar in historical geography and spatial analysis.
The lecture, entitled “Boundary Changes”, will explore the transformation of European borders over the past two centuries and examine their political, social, and economic implications. By connecting long-term historical processes with contemporary geopolitical developments, the talk will offer valuable insights into how shifting boundaries have shaped state formation, regional identities, and cross-border dynamics across Europe.
The event provides an opportunity for students and researchers to engage with current debates through a historically grounded perspective and to reflect on the continuing relevance of territorial change in today’s European context.
