Roberto Adam
Author of important books and essays on European integration, director and professor in various master degree courses, member of many scientific/editorial boards (Rivista di diritto internazionale, Il Diritto dell'Unione europea, The Italian Yearbook of International Law). He has an outstanding experience in the Italian administration with specific regard to European Affairs (Head of Department for European Affairs of the Italian Government; legal advisor to the Italian Permanent Representation to the EU; advisor of Italian Members of the EU Fundamental Rights Convention; member of the Group of Jurists of the Intergovernmental Conference of 2003, in charge of the legal review of the Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe).

Martina Conticelli
Assistant professor and contract professor in Economic Public Law and European Administrative Law, University of Rome Tor Vergata. She got her Phd at La Sapienza University in Rome, under the supervision of Prof. S. Cassese. She got the Diploma in European Public Law, European Public Law Academy, and was recipient of the Aristoteles TMR researchers network fellowship. She has research and teaching experience in the field of European Integration with reference to Administrative Law, focusing on the European principles of public utilities and on the “European economic constitution”. Member of the European Group of Public Law, Athens. She has been working with other networks of researchers, e.g. the Epic Consortium and to the Connex Network.
Giacinto della Cananea
Full professor of administrative law and EU administrative law, Department of Economics & Law, University of Rome Tor Vergata. Professor of EU administrative law, Science Po, Paris (2010-11). Founding editor of the Italian Journal of Public Law. Chairman, panel for legal sciences, National agency for the assessment of research and universities. His research interests focus on Administrative Law, European Union Law and Global administrative law. Among his latest publications: a book on general principles of law (Al di là dei confini statuali. Lorella Di Giambattista
Qualified and practicing lawyer. Contract Professor of European Competition Law and European Commercial Law, Master of Science in “European Economy and Business Law”, School of Economics – University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. Legal Adviser for the Italian Government – Department for European Affairs; in charge of transposition of EU directives into the Italian legal system in the areas of internal market; consumer protection; labour law and social affairs; in charge of infringement proceedings against Italy in the same areas. Law graduate summa cum laude (final dissertation in European Administrative Law); LL.M degree from College of Europe (grade very good); PhD candidate in public law at LUISS Guido Carli University (Rome).

Paul Craig
Paul Craig is Professor of English Law at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of St John's College. He teaches Comparative Public Law; Constitutional and Administrative Law; European Union Law; Human Rights Law; Regulation. his research interests focus on Research: Tort; Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, European Community Law. He is the author of a number of legal textbooks, among which EU Law: Text, Cases and Materials, and European Administrative law, both published by Oxford University Press in several editions.
Gianfranco Dell’Alba
Gianfranco Dell’Alba is currently Director of Confindustria Brussels Office (since March 2, 2009). Former Chief of Cabinet, Italian Minister of European Affairs (May 2006 to May 2008); former member of the European Parliament (two terms, from July 1994 to July 2004); former member of the EP Conference of Presidents, 1999-2004.
Roberto Francia
Roberto Francia is Head of EU and International Affairs at UFE, the industrial association representing the French electricity companies. He has been working in Brussels since 2004, mainly for the energy industry. Previous experience includes the OECD, the EU Institute for Security Studies, and the European Commission. He holds a Political Studies Certificate from the Bordeaux Institute of Political Studies (2000), a Master degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Trieste, Gorizia campus (hon., 2001) and a Master of Arts in European Political and Administrative Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges (2003). He is the author of various publications on EU institutions as well on EU foreign and energy policies.

Luce Mariniello
Since 2009, Luce Mariniello is a lawyer at Agcom, the Italian regulator for communication markets, with a focus on EU administrative law and comparative regulatory approaches to internet and telecom law. She holds two university degrees, Political Science and Law, from University of Rome LUISS Guido Carli and University of Naples Suor Orsola Benincasa. On top of a PhD in legal theory, her legal background includes 8 years of public administration service with the Italian Ministry of the Environment where she developed strong expertise in implementation of EU law and infringement proceedings regarding environmental assessments, and water policies and waste management. She has in parallel achieved academic experience by collaborating to national and international networks, giving lectures several Universities and publishing articles in academic journals, mostly focusing on environmental and communication law. In 2010, she was visiting scholar at Duke University School of Law.
Ernesto Razzano
Ernesto Razzano is currently working in Ferrovie dello Stato s.p.a. as a senior legal adviser in the areas of European competition law, regulatory issues and services of general economic interest. Before joining the legal department of Ferrovie dello Stato, he worked for several Italian and international law firms in Brussels and in Rome. He also works for the European Commission as expert in the field of free movement of persons. He holds a Master degree (LL. M.) in European Community Law from the College of Europe.
